NYPD cruisers on Franklin?

There were four of them double parked between St. Marks and Bergen around 10:45 pm, but no officers on the street or in the cars. It didn't look like an incident (no tape, people out talking about it, or signs of activity of any kind), but I walk down Franklin at this time of night all the time and I'd never seen them there before. Is B&B Sports Club an NYPD bar on Sunday nights?

Just curious--KWAC or any other officers, is there a simple answer?

I really don't think B&B Sports Club is a cop bar. I can't think of any good reasons why they have 2 huge pits guarding their basement. In the past 3 1/2 years I've only seen the poor things outside a handful of times.
