Shepherd Mix-German Shepherds head and shoulders, but a Greyhounds skinny waist. He is cream colored and the fur around his eyes is dark- looks like he is wearing mascara. He has a bushy tail. Last seen wearing a blue collar.

I have no idea if this will help at all. But I am a dog lover and would freak if my dog disappeared.
I saw an unattended dog with a collar roaming Park (the road that runs below and along the BQE on Monday night. It was between Hall and Vanderbuilt.
He was unattended and not on a leash. He was sniffing around. I tried to get my husband to turn around and go after him but he thinks I am dog-obsessed and refused. You may want to try dropping off some disposable bowls of food and water at those corners and see if he shows up.

In my opinion, it could have been sniffles he had a long tale and was the same body type as sniffles...although my husband said he didn't think he noticed Sniffles black snout... good luck. I have seen your posters everywhere...
