I am a 22 year old female, and I live in a 1 bedroom apartment on E.14th Street in Midwood.

I am a laid back, recent college graduate.

My current roommate is moving out, and I need someone to live with in the apartment through September.

The apartment is around 750 square feet with amazing sunlight and all new renovations. There is a live in super, laundry in the building, a nice lobby, and a small courtyard.

If you wanted to live in the living room, which is about 16X20, the rent would be $600.00. Putting up a partition is doable and there would still be sunlight/air.

The bedroom would be $750 a month. It is about 16X14.

It's really close to Brooklyn College (walking distance). There are tons of stores and great restaurants. The Q train is a block away, and it takes me about 30 minutes to get to lower Manhattan.
