Building porters needed

My small (14 unit) self-managed condo building in South Slope is looking for responsible, professional, insured porters.

Duties to include:
-gathering garbage from external bins and placing on curb for collection 2X per week
-maintaining exterior of building; watering plants, removing trash
-cleaning common areas, mopping stairs and landings
-light maintenance work like replacing lightbulbs
