Barter: My road bike for your Dutch-style bike

Hi,
I have a Specialized Epic carbon frame road bike, but would like to trade it for something I can put a basket on... thicker tires for these rough Brooklyn roads... upright handle bars... ya know, something for the city!
The bike is 52-54cm. I'm a 5' 7" lady. Shimano parts, Sakae handle bars, Gellisimo girl-centric seat, excellent SOMA tires (never had a flat since I got 'em). I could probably sell this bike for $200 easy, and it's been well taken care of, but would like to try this barter thing first.
