I've had Agnes (see info below) do simple alterations to practically remaking a dress and she always does a great job and her prices seem okay to me, especially considering the quality of her work. It is not a cleaners that does alterations; her shop is just a tailor shop. I haven't seen her work on men's clothes, but I'm guessing it's good.

Just ask her about the prices.
