HD Channels Frozen?

I have been having some issues with Cablevision, I know I know. Few weeks ago it was a lag time in changing channels which made my Tivo flip out - it would take so long to register 7-0 that instead of going eventually to 7-0-2, Tivo would end up recording channel 7-0. It resolved itself, but now a new more annoying bug has emerged. Now all HD channels freeze. So Tivo flips over to 718 to record the mets game, I come home and turn it on to hear the game loud and clear but see only a picture of Reyes digging in on my screen throughout. Anyone ever had/have this issue? The kicker is that it happens ALWAYS on live tv, but only most of the time (not quite some) on other programs. The TV and the cables are only about a year old and nothing has changed in our setup. Trey perplexed.
