MULTI-MEDIA ART WALK,
OPEN HOUSE AND AFTER-PARTY
Brooklyn, NY- This Saturday, April 25th from 2:00- 5:30 pm, Hello Living will host Art Walk, the second in a series of creatively styled open house events by Triumph Property Group.
Located at The Montana, 802 Dean Street in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, the FREE showcase, curated by the celebrated Peter Kato, will feature works by twenty-four artists and ten filmmakers throughout five of the nine-buildings in the development. Guests will have the opportunity to win several prizes throughout the day as well as taste some of the finest desserts and wine courtesy of Café Patisserie and Brooklyn Oenology.
In addition, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, guests will enjoy an evening of live jazz by Arisa Itami at The Sydney’s swanky Zebra Lounge, 957 Pacific Street.
Art Walk @ Hello Living will be Prospect Heights’ first event of this kind—a tour de force for Brooklynites within the art and design worlds. The best contemporary artists in fine art, film, illustration, photography and digital media will be showing at Art Walk.
The Hello Living sales staff will be on hand during the event to give tours of the available homes, which start at $300,000. As an added incentive, any prospective buyer who is pre-approved for a mortgage will receive $1,000 off of their closing costs if they make an offer on the same day!
Hello Living is a community of nine buildings by renowned developer Eli Karp, located in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.
