Just wanted to share some good news, especially relevant to anyone else in an ALMA-owned building ...

My lease is up June 1, and I called them up to ask if they would leave my rent the same instead of raising it. And he easily agreed! I am pleased, because I took a pay cut at my job and I don't want to move.

Hope this gives others some confidence to try to make the same call!
