The Asian-inspired ISHI Building (542 St. Marks Avenue in Prospect Heights) will open its doors with a creative celebration sponsored by Triumph Property Group. ISHI is part of Eli Karp’s revolutionary new Hello Living development.

Culled from Tokyo’s famed SAKURA art exhibition, 200 works or art, curated by Arisa Itami, will be on display throughout several Asian inspired luxury loft units. Attendees are invited to appreciate the artwork and striking architecture, while enjoying traditional entertainment by Japanese Taiko drummers and dancer Kaori Ibuki. Sushi and sake will be served.

WHEN: ISHI Open House Event: Thursday, May 7, from 6-10 PM (FREE)

Visitors are welcomed to tour the property during the weekend from 12-5pm, and on weekdays by appointment. The SAKURA exhibition will be on display for one month.

The visually arresting ISHI building (www.ishiliving.com) was purposefully designed to fuse both its industrial and natural local surroundings. Sakura, Japan’s prized cherry blossom trees, are concurrently in full bloom at Prospect Heights’ Brooklyn Botanical Garden.
