So, I'm not sure whether you'd call this Park Slope or Windsor Terrace (or neither), but does anyone know much about the construction going on here? I assume it's apartments.

Thanks. The results are in: I think I had the address wrong. It must be 585, and here's the very latest from DOB:

POST APPROVAL AMENDMENT FOR 01 NEW APARTMENT BUILDING, 5 STORY AND CELLAR

But it also said that it was disapproved? I'm not very experienced in the ways of reading governmentspeak. Apparently it's currently classified as a garage/gas station. Looking at it, sure, it could be a garage, but that wouldn't make much sense.

So now I just wonder if it's an aborted apartment building attempt.

Anyway, the really bad news is that I'm going to have to turn in my Kensingterracelope T-shirt.

anything down the slope of 8th ave is clearly not windsor terrace. i don't know anything about the construction there
