Not only cruel, it's exceptionally stupid since the mere presence of eau de chat keeps mice away. We haven't had a mouse since we got our 2 cats - and we did have a problem before then.

Poor kitty. I hope he finds a good home.

I felt like I was watching Cops with that vid... The meowling around 2:00 even reminds me of when the perp on PCP tries to argue with the police.
