Walked by Black Horse last night. The windows were all open and there were a couple people inside but it's not open yet. The bar looks nice - I want this place to open already!!!!! The owner (maybe?), an older grey haired craigy posh accented Brit told us they unfortunately failed an electric inspection for a tiny thing and the next appointment for re inspection isn't until August 19th.
