Rental buildings in Fort Greene with availability?

I just missed out on a studio in the Clermont Armory...does anyone know of any other (NICE) buildings in the area with availability?

There may be some (NICE) buildings with "Apartment For Rent" signs but if I'm not mistaken I think the Fort Greene Welcome mat was rolled up a long time ago.

the new walgreens building on Myrtle (down the block from the armory) still has massive for rent signs on it. Check them out.
