$700 2 rad roommates looking for a 3rd JUNE 1!

My roommate and I found an amazing 3 bedroom apartment at Jefferson + Evergreen off of the myrtle J stop. The only problem is, we need a 3rd person! We currently live less than a block away (where I have lived for 2 yrs) so we can vouch for the safety and vibe of the neighborhood. When we decided to look for a new apartment I made it a point to try and find something in the area because I am so attached to it. The apt is two floors with direct (private) roof top access and a large terrace. In addition to 3 bedrooms, there are also 2 full baths. There is a even a laundry room in the event we want to invest in a washer and dryer! The living room is large and there are hardwood floors through out. The apartment is brand new and we would be the first tenants. I've looked at a lot of places and trust me, this one takes the CAKE. We don't want to lose it!

A little about us.. I am a 31 yr old female and my roommate is a 32 yr old male. We are both very easy going and extremely laid back. It's common for friends to come by in the evenings and on the weekends as we both work full time during the week (with my roommate also dj'ing on the side). We are looking for someone who is as chill and laid back as we are. If you are an OCD clean freak, we may not work out. I keep things clean but if I want to wait until the morning to do the dishes, you better not trip. It's also important you are 420 friendly as we are a progressive household that sees no harm in it's use. If you smoke cigs, you'll have to do it outside (terrace! rooftop!).

We need to act FAST as we are looking at a June 1st move in. The room is $700 and the landlord is asking first, last and deposit up front. We are already approved for the apartment, so there won't be any issues if you have blips on your credit report. In total you will need $700 + $700 + $733 (deposit) = $2133 total.
