Fermentation Lab
We know you've all been dying to learn how to ferment stuff, so we're gonna show you in this cooking class exploring the basics of making Kombucha and Sauerkraut. Eric Childs, the owner of Kombucha Brooklyn, chef and fermentation lover will be teaching the class. Discounted cases of Kombucha and home brew kits will be available. Cinema Sautee
This is the first event in an ongoing series where we'll be showing great films (outdoors in summer), combined with collaborative cooking of foods found in each flick. We thought we'd start with the simple classic, American Graffiti which is perfect for an outdoor summer screening; so get ready to make/eat drive-in food, with a Lab twist.
