how do you clean a white love seat?

with pure, cleansing flame?

what's it made of? fabric? leather?

Try testing an area that will not be visible first (lower back, lower side, etc.) Here are the options:
1. Carbona (usually available at Duane Reade) -
this is dry cleaning fluid so very stinky and highly flamable.
Usually takes out most stains but needs a few times
2. Solution of bleach and soapy water with nail brush
Depends on the fabric - if it is microfiber - not an option.
If it is a canvas heavy cotton - might work.
Careful - might lighten too much in contrast to rest of fabric.
3. Flip the seats and get a throw -
I would be on the lookout for a code identifying the recommended cleaning process. Some fabrics won't take water well. See here for more info http://www.apartmenttherapy.com/chicago/how-to/how-to-read-upholstery-cleaning-codes-057653

The best way to clean any white upholstery is to throw it out. Even when it is clean it is fugly.

after cleaning a section of it lol, kinda looks still weird. i guess i'm going to get some cover for it. -
good call.
incidentally,
rust + bleach = holes in your fabric, in exactly the shape of your rust stain. -
Step 1. Trash it
Step 2. Buy new, non-white loveseat -
1) White shoe polish
2) Liquid Paper / Wite-Out / Tipp-Ex -

GAH! You people are KILLING ME!! Who do you trust, Sweet Tea? WHO? You trust me. You trust me 'cause I've never led you astray when it comes to matters of the clean. Before you touch any stain, call me. -
^and where were you in the summer of 1999, when, after hanging lights all day, i fell dead asleep every night* on my then-good pillow cases with shower-wet hair wrapped in rapidly rusting hairbands? where were you then?
*every night that we were allowed to sleep, that is -
My job isn't to teach you grade 5 chemistry, it's to make you a cleaner person.

I thought of Beave immediately when I saw this thread. She can clean anything.
