Here's another view on the Nets arena vs. the Jets stadium: City Council Speaker Gifford Miller dislikes the Jets stadium but likes the Nets arena.

It's a no go...it's nice to see that there are some people still looking out for their community. Perhaps this will start a trend?
it also is highly unlikely that the IOC will vote for NYC for the 2012 Olympics.
Quite frankly the way this country is dealing with the international community...i would be shocked if they bestowed this honor on us.
