Stable House Flats in Bed-Stuy??

I'm new to the boards and was wondering if anyone had any information/comments/concerns/ about the stable house flats at bedford and jefferson?

Do not, under any circumstances, rent an apartment in this building. It may seem nice at first, but this apartment building gets sour real fast. Badly managed by folks who will do anything to protect their monetary interests, who will do everything possible to make sure that the tenant will be stuck with whatever they can in order to better their bottom line. The "luxury" amenities quickly become liabilities when you realize that people can stare at you right down your skylight, the washers and dryers all smell (and they charge too much - and if you have a coin op laundry in a lux apt building put a change machine in it), the bills are high because there is no insulation to speak of (gas heating bills got up $200 a month), the common areas are never really cleaned, the building itself is completely insecure (tenants have been threatened by folks who easily brake into the place), not to mention the mice, rats (yes rats), and other assorted local wildlife that easily migrate through badly finished walls. The only person I could endorse this property to is a masochist. Stay away. Very far away.
