Any experience of this broker?

Hello,
Can anyone help me with this: we are looking for a two bedroom in Park Slope (Center/North). We have registered with many brokers, and they all have virtually nothing, except... ...AltaNY.
It appears to have a number of potentially good listings. I wondered if anyone out there has had any experience with the firm. I hadn't heard of it before so I was surprised that it appears to have a number of good listings, whereas more established names don't.
I know that this doesn't necessarily mean anything is amiss, but it would be reassuring to hear from anybody who has experience with the firm.

Are you looking to rent or buy? We had a good experience renting through Betancourt and are planning on selling our place in another month or so (2-bedroom condo) through Douglas Elliman, so if you want to keep an eye out for it, it's coming! Haven't heard of the agency you mention, but like you said, it could mean anything.

Otherwise, may I just say I saw Finty Williams onstage in a very entertaining Restoration comedy with Nigel Hawthorne in London a few years back and she was fantastic -- so I like your username!
