Greenwood Playground Free Events

Thursday July 2nd is the first day of Studio in the Park: free art programming for kids 4-13. This very popular program is back for July. The first session starts at 10:00 (must sign up in the park as there is a 10 kid per session limit). The 10:00 session will be for kids 4-6 year olds and will feature experimenting with clay. The next sessions (11:10, 12:10, 1:10) will be a mixed age and will be clay portraiture. This free programming will be every Thursday in July from 10-2!

Saturday, Rich Frog Toy Store will begin arts and crafts at 10:00 a.m. in Greenwood Playground. This is also free.

Look for other upcoming events at Greenwood including the Prospect Park zoo, and the Swedish Marionette theater.

Please join Alexandra from Rich Frog Toys for free arts and crafts at Greenwood

Playground this Saturday July 10th from 10 am to noon.
This super-fun and free activity welcomes children ages 3 to 5. Space is limited!

This activity is sponsored by Friends of Greenwood Playground (FoGP) and Rich Frog Toys (Church Avenue at East 3rd). FoGP is agroup of neighbors devoted to bringing family fun to Greenwood Playground.

Tomorrow's Studio in the Park at Greenwood Playground in Windsor Terrace features exploration with watercolors and resist. For ages 4-13 (please no younger than 4).
Sign up in the playground. First session starts at 10:00 a.m. and limited to 10 kids/session. Free.

Studio in the Park at Greenwood is done for the summer as Sam heads off to college. He will be making up last week on Sunday August 9th at 10:00 with a painting project in the park. Painting as Music. So come on over for the last Studio in the Park project of the summer.
