We are organizing our annual wine tasting event at the exclusive Ram's Head Inn on the island and are expecting another record turn out. Please join us for a Tasting of French Wines at the Ram’s Head Inn
Sunday July 19th, 2009
5:00-7:00pm

Shelter Island Resident and Wine Importer, Jean-Pierre Riou shares his collection of French Wines with the Ram’s Head Inn for an exclusive tasting of some of the finest vintages in his collection. Chefs Christopher Meenan and Jeffery Slade will serve hors d’ oeuvres inspired by each wine to compliment and complete each tasting.


Diverging from our traditional wine dinners, this will be a two hour tasting from 5-7pm on our covered patio where guests will be able to enjoy a live jazz performance in the lounge in a casual, cocktail setting.


Guests of the wine tasting who would like to join us for dinner that night will be offered a 50% discount on the wines from the tasting.

we do events throughout the summer and fall. this is our annual July tasting event, but we will most likely be scheduling one for mid-August as well. Will definitely post, thanks for the interest!
