No, it's not one of those posts.

I'm just wondering whether anyone else has noticed the beehive of development activity that has restarted on Grand Avenue between Myrtle Avenue & Park Avenue. It's crazy.

I can't remember how long it has been since I walked down that block but at the time I couldn't help but notice all of the stalled projects. Now they all seem to be moving full steam ahead.
