current sloper has gone mad from several yrs in a dollhouse-sized studio. I am on a quest for a 1BR by 9/1 in the nabe, but my meager income leaves me flexible to most brooklyn 'hoods. No-fee is important, looking in the $1,110-1250 range; my financials are solid and I have tenure. Critical that the building be well maintained. I need your help!
