Update -- this apt has been rented

I have a 2BR/1BA apt for rent available April 1st. The previous tenant just moved out and we are putting down new HW floors and putting in a new stainless steel stove this week. All work will be done by the 1st.

The apt has three large rooms, 2 big BRs and a big livingroom (2 rooms were combined into one big one) + separate kitchen and bath. The bedrooms are in a railroad layout but there is a second entrance/exit to the hallway.

Location is Grand Ave by Prospect Place. Rent is $1800 and includes heat and hot water.
