A seven week sublet in Prospect Lefferts Gardens

THIS IS A SUBLET FOR CAT LOVERS ONLY!!!

We are going out of town for seven weeks and are looking to sublet our beautiful and huge one bedroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.

We have two adorable and very well behaved cats, our cats are going to stay in the apartment with you, and you will have to take care of them, in exchanged for this responsibility we are asking for a lower rent than the actual current rent value.
We are asking for $1400 for the whole seven-week period ($200 per week), we are looking for someone to stay the whole period.

The dates: August 3rd or 4th (not finalized yet) till September 21st.

Our apartment is super size (about 850 SQF) and very quiet, it is newly renovated with a stainless steel kitchen and located in an elevator building.

The apartment is in Prospect Lefferts Gardens’ beautiful historical district; it is less than 5 minutes walk to Prospect Park and the Q & B trains (Prospect Park stop).

We prefer a vegetarian single but a couple would probably be okay.
