I have a lovely 1br in Clinton Hill for a short term rental. Start date flexible but around or near 8/20 through 9/30. Included: private garden, utilities, wifi, cable tv (2 rooms) x-tra large kitchen with all appliances, linens. Pets ok on approval.
Rent: 1800 for the month of Sept. Security, references required.
Excellent for someone waiting on a renovation, or moving and their place isn't quite ready. Also great for family or friends visiting from out of town.
Apartment is ground floor of a brownstone and near Pratt.
