"Close to Prospect Park" = a few blocks/easy walk. *I* live close to the park (3 blocks). Not 3-4 AVENUES + 5 blocks.

I have many apartments close to the park (in center park slope and a short walking distance to the park). I would not list with a broker who considers 20th street close to the park! It makes my properties look bad!

If 20th street is a few blocks/easy walk to the park then my apartments are IN THE PARK!

^^^^ thank you, landlord. I didn't want to continue arguing, but this is NOT "close". I don't care if somebody on 54th St renter and RealEstate believe it is. I believe I am still 18 sometimes - doesn't make it so.
