Seeking Furnished Fall Sublet (PHeights/BoerumHill/PSlope)

I'm a 28 year old professional female, working in midtown, but looking for a furnished (even if only minimally) sublet for the fall (late August/September 1 through end of December).

I'm responsible, neat, quiet, and can provide excellent references. Size of space isn't important so much as its cleanliness and location. I'm looking in:

Prospect Heights
Park Slope
Brooklyn Heights
Boerum Hill
and nearby neighbourhoods (close to train being a priority)

I'm happy to water plants, catsit etc. during my time as a sublettor.
