Just wondering what was going on. I was driving down Nostrand and traffic was being diverted at Halsey (although it appeared buses were still being let through). When I got to Fulton and Thompkins it looked like Fulton was shut down all the way back to Nostrand.

Just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything serious going on.
