You may already have a healthy appreciation for Sweden's namesake meatballs and massage, but now you can partake in Kräftskiva, the country's summer festival dedicated to crayfish at--where else--Ikea. Show up for plates ($10) piled with crayfish and other Swedish delicacies at the Red Hook store (no assembly required). Can't make it on Friday?
