Subject: Another What's the Neighborhood Like

Hello. This is another request for some input from people who live in the neighborhood . . . we're looking at a place on Ocean Parkway, near Caton Place. We know that it's pretty quiet, no big supermarket close by, but we're wondering how residents would describe it in a general way. I can get a sense of it from walking around but I know that what people think of where they live is telling.

Is the park nice near there? How is the parking on the street, difficult to find any or not so bad? Any info on what ps 130 is like?

if it's on ocean parkway i can't imagine it would be very quiet.

The park is nice everywhere. There is street parking, not sure how it is, but there are some big buildings nearby so lots of cars probably.

Good places to shop on Church Ave.
