what is the average rent for crown heights / bed stuy 2 BRs?

Your rent is reasonable for your area.
About 73% listings are lower priced.

Reasonable with 73% lower? I saw a few listed at $1,200.

I just wanted to see if anyone has other price points to share. Thanks!

we live in crown heights/prospect heights/bed stuy (depending which definition you listen to) we pay 1200 for a 2 bedroom.

well...i think you need to factor in square footage.

you have to be careful with rentometer because it can't differentiate one apartment from another. Size, condition, amenities, elevator building or walkup, number of blocks to transportation, etc. are not taken into consideration. Also, a big thing that isn't taken into consideration are below market rent stabilized units. There are tons of people in the area paying around $800 for a 2 bedroom since they've been in the same place for many years. These apartments shouldn't be considered but rentometer has no way to differentiate.

I would say that $1600 is reasonable for a 2 bedroom in that area if your place is in decent condition and is a decent size.
