At-home Dads in Bklyn?

Is it just us, or in recent months are there a whole lot of fellas spending part or all of the weekday close to home alone with their kids in the Slope? Is this because:

A. Their flexible hours allow them to be at the Stone House playground at 11am on a Tuesday?
B. They've been, ahem, involuntarily separated from their place of employment and, geez, nannies get expensive?
C. They've up and quit the world of direct deposit upon realizing that their kid will grow from newborn to 321 wannabe in about 10 minutes.
