New Chinese Take out on 3rd Ave?

Saw some people huddling around an empty building on 3rd ave between 7th and 8th.

It looks like it used to be a large loading dock for trucks or something and its next to an empty lot. I asked what was going on and they said a new "modern-take" to chinese takeout was being constructed.

The guys that were working there were those green certification guys. I dont remember the name of that company though. But man, that building is huge on the inside. Looks like it will be more than just a small dirty chinese takeout thing... and it will be "green" I'm assuming.

Anyone have any info on it?
