PowerUp NY Rooftop Solar Seminar
PowerUp NY, a new, Brooklyn-based community organization promoting clean, renewable energy, is hosting an educational seminar on rooftop solar power systems. The event will be held on Saturday, October 10th at Habana Outpost, New York City’s first solar powered restaurant and ecoeatery. The seminar runs from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and will include an opportunity for guests to speak one-on-one with scientists and solar power experts and to register for a rooftop solar site evaluation. Admission is $12. Guests are encouraged to register online at www.powerupny.org.
