Room in 2BR for sublet

Hello! I'm looking to sublet room in 2 BR apartment until end of next July. I currently share the place with my wonderful roommate, a PhD. student at NYU - responsible, clean, friendly, and fun.

The room being sublet is the larger room - spacious and can fit a lot of furniture. I'm asking $1250/month (water, trash pick up included) + utilities.

We have a small balcony out back that looks out on a lot of trees. A nice big kitchen, which has lots of light. The kitchen was renovated about 3 and half years ago and is absolutely wonderful. Bathroom is clean and has a space to move around; bathtub has jacuzzi jets. The living room is furnished with my roommates furniture. Bedroom can be furnished with bed and night stands (all new - bought is August) for low cost.

The apartment is a block and a half away from F, G, R, and M trains. On the block is a grocery store (C-Town), 24-hr CVS, YMCA, and laundry. It's three blocks from Prospect Park. I'm looking for someone to move in by January 1st (though I'd moving in earlier would definitely be ok!) who can sublet until end of July 2010
