It is a small bedroom that is able to fit a queen bed, and a larger living room with the ability to contain a large couch, bookshelves, desks, file cabinets, televisions, 1 million dollars in dimes or whatever.

You'll share the apartment with a non-smoking, non-drinking, drug-free outgoing male software developer who does improv and listens to techno and metal for fun. No smoking in the apartment. There is 1 cat in the apartment who is super friendly to people but doesn't really.. like other cats…

Hardwood floors, smallish kitchen, bathroom with skylight and rooftop access with nice view of Manhattan skyline.
