Our one-bedroom apartment in the Crown Height/Prospect Heights section of Brooklyn is available for sublet between November 10-29th.

The apartment is a safe, elevator operated building with friendly, young people. It is approximately 700 square feet, lots of sun light, closet space, and open living room and kitchen.

Please know we have to male cats that will need to fed and have their litter box cleaned. They are well behaved and like snuggles.

Please, no smokers.

The Franklin Avenue subway station is across the street, it connects to the 2,3, 4, 5, C, and Q trains.

$400.00 per week or $55.00 per night if you're in town for a couple of days. Full payment will be required in advance.
