Found Russian Blue Cat on Park Place near Brower Park

I found an extremely friendly male Russian Blue cat with a sweet personality. which came into my yard on 10/08/09. He is not a feral. He obviously lived in a home before. He seems to be about 1 year old. He is vocal and would do well in a household with kids and/or other pets.
