i have gotten them at hardware stores and dollarstores, but until i spent some serious money at the Container Store, I was never really happy. Mine now has locking wheels, stands up on its own when closed, and is easy to pick up and carry for stairs -- the ones in the area don't do any of that. Just my 2 cents.
