New Restaurant on Nostrand - Essentials Organic

Not sure if the word is out, but there is a new restaurant that opened up on Nostrand over the weekend - Essentials Organic and International Cuisine. Eclectic mix of food - organic, and Caribbean, and Italian.

We didn't get a chance to try it, but we spoke with the owners. Apparently, they are still working through the menu, so everything might not be available yet.
