Found Orange Tabby

I found an orange tabby on the corner of Classon and Prospect Place. It has been meowing by an apartment building for two days. Please let me know if you know of who this cat belongs to. The cat is extremely friendly and looks to be around a year old. He is already neutered and very clean. He is still outside but is always in the same location. I will take him in if no one has any leads, I just don't want to take in a cat that belongs to someone. He does not have a collar.
