Management Company for Small CoOp

Hi,

My building is searching for new management. We're a 16 unit building. We just need someone who can be prompt, can manage the finances, with whom we won't have any surprises. Those who live in CoOps know what I mean.

Any suggestions?

There are several threads on this already. The down side of a small coop is that it makes it difficult to find decent affordable management. Just too few units to amortize the cost over.
