Are you missing a cat: adult, mostly white w/black spots

On Fuller Place: I keep seeing a lovely white with black spots, green eyes full-grown cat on Fuller Place. Doesn't appear to be a feral cat--coat is too clean, seems to be well fed. He let me pet him this morning. I've seen him for about 3 weeks now. I've emailed my neighbors to see if he belongs to someone--but if he's yours, let me know and I'll see what I can do to keep him in one area.

Maybe he's just a resident with no collar....I don't know why people do this, but they do :-(
