ps copy shop attitude

Don't know, been going there for years and haven't had those issues
-
I have never had a problem there. As a matter of fact, one day this guy was so nice and helpful, it was almost weird.
Wait, I take my first sentence back. I wish they were open more hours and ALWAYS had books of stamps available for sale.
If my jobs were always getting screwed up, I would speak to the manager and not pay. -
my experience there has been mostly positive and and I use them a lot...however, sometimes I do get attitude even though I am a polite, patient soul. I don't know why. Maybe they get stressed from being so busy?

Never had any issue with them other than the fact they are a little on the understaffed side. The manager that sits at the elevated computer could be a little more helpful to his employees....I've seen them in the weeds before and he just sits at his computer moving folders and checking his email. He could very easily step down and help out when there is a line to the door.
I have seen a few customers freak out on the staff several times over the last year and a half. Usually it is some bespeckled, corduroy-jacketed "writer" that is upset because his 300 page under edited "script" can't be printed in 30 minutes. They helped me print out a fresh copy of my resume in less than 3 minutes. Be reasonable.
My advice: Use them as a place to ship packages if you live nearby and are able to be home from work before 7PM. -
I love them. they sold me 2 sheets of card stock whereas Staples was forcing me to buy a 12$ box of card stock. I Even asked Staples if I could have a blank "copy" on card stock and they wouldn't do it. but the expensive box of card stock. PS copy is the best. I'd boycott Staples first.

I have never had a problem with them...I think they're great

i'm shock to see there are still joints like this around
. -
they have their on and off days. it's all customer service, and businesses like this must do a lot of hand holding with their clients. it ain't easy.
-
in my opinion, it's one of the best businesses in the slope. then again, i used to work with copy machines for a living, and those things would drive anybody crazy.
