moving boxes available

I have just moved and have about 40 boxes which could be reused. These are mostly the medium size box from Fresh Direct, but I also have several larger boxes which I bought from Home Depot, and 3 wardrobe boxes with a hanging bar. Since I bought these and they are in such good and clean condition it seems wasteful to throw them in the recycling, when someone may be able to use them.

I'm still unpacking, but I think I'll have all the boxes unpacked and broken down by Sunday. Available for pickup at my place on 17th between 8th and PPW.

Also, I'm new to this hood and welcome any tips or info.

WELCOME! I have a friend in Bay Ridge who will be moving shortly and could definitely use the boxes. I will try to get in touch with her in the next few moments - could we claim DIBS until I can confirm?

But yes, actually when is your friend moving? maybe she can use them, then I'll pick them up from her? I'm moving Dec. 1st so I'd need 'em about the middle of November.

Naaah - I have slobbery Rocco (remember, the OTHER boxer) to deal with.

Her closing date got pushed to 11/15 and she ordered some boxes from UPS and Home Deport - but could use more. Since she seems to be OK - just looking for extras - I will defer to the Beave.
