$900 Spacious BR in a 3BR apt in Fort Greene

I'm a low-30s Female, searching for a wonderful roommate to share my apt. It's technically a 2BR, with a 3rd roommate in a private entrance and NEVER here, although he's a wonderful male.

Your room is 11x13, faces the backyard, and has plenty of room for a queen bed and all sorts of furniture. No closet, but there's 2 closets for your own use in the living room, a few steps away.

Room is unfurnished, and so will be the living room once my roommate moves out, so furniture is welcome. Living room is small-ish but comfortable, and the bathroom has a full size tub. The entire apt is warm and cozy, but with the BR's on opposite ends, it's perfect for roommates.

We're in Fort Greene, up by the Navy Yard, so a gorgeous walk to all the trains, plus plenty of buses within 2 blocks to the trains, park slope, red hook, LIC, williamsburg.. wherever you need to go. But why would you leave, when we have the park nearby, Pratt within walking distance, and great restaurants and shopping right here?
