I'm basically underwhelmed by most of this stuff at A&S and the like -- it's not bad, just not great and I don't think they have high enough turnover rates, so the stuff is just sitting around in oil. At Piazza Mercad, its great, and not waterlogged. And the prosciutto is NOT from Hormel.
