Gorgeous Cat Thrown to the Curb when owner died: Needs Home

Michael was found in queens in an abandoned house. After his owner died he was just let out onto the street. A Big, Fluffy unneutered male who can't even defend himself.

He's an adult cat, young. White allove with a tiger patch on his head and a tiger tail. Longish hair. He weighs in at 12 pounds.

Michael musthave been attacked by another cat because his "wrist" area on his front paw has teeth marks and an abcess. His eye is scarred and infected. This is only after two weeks on the street.

Definitely not a street survivor!

I took Michael to the vet yesterday and he was tested, treated, neutered and hopefully groomed. I'm picking him up today.

I've got cats of my own and Michael needs to be an only cat.

If you can Foster or Adopt him Michael has a terrific personality and I will pay for his food and litter.

I have all the vet paperwork.
Please call (718) 339-4684

This is the kind of cat who makes a great companion animal!

  • I've got four of my own plus two fosters, so I couldn't take him, but I just wanted to say: bless your heart for saving him! =D>
  • Michael is still with me. He was a horror when he first arrived getting into fights with my Halloween rescue. Now they "bitch slap" each other and sleep together. Cats are so weird!

Michael acts like a kitten, he grabs my other cat by the "cheek" and tries to pull him into playtime. Quentino just looks at him as if he's too hard to figure out and then swats him.

I wish I could get this cat into a good home. He is so pretty and loves to be hugged and held.
  • Have you been keeping petfinder and craigslist ads up to date, Fido does cats too (I think)
  • Subject: Michael the Curb Cat

Yes, my vet even lets me post on her board and the pet food store in my neighborhood does too.

I'm just not as active as I'd like to be because of health reasons. But when I'm up I tell everyone about this little lover boy!

Just send up a little prayer for us ok?
    thanks for caring.
